Re: Firing job but nothing happens

In that case if you use a relative link, ie: foldername/filename.php
it should work!??

If you are using a explicit call, ie: http://www....
then you must enter the password and username as part of the url as previously shown in the link above.

Re: Firing job but nothing happens

Hi, Firstly try running the clean.php on its own in your browser (ie. http://www.yourdomain,com/folder/clean.php). Does it work? If so then just add the FULL url for phpjobScheduler to fire and it should be fine. It may have been failing due to file paths, so it could not find the functions.php file...

Re: Animal testing - is it worthy?

Good news on NONE-animal testing in Sept 2011: FOLD.it - solved the AIDs protein structure: http://fold.it/portal/node/990356 And more about the AIDS virus: In 1995, computer models - not animal experiments - explained for the first time how the HIV virus, multiplies in patients. This revolutionised...

Re: Job are fired but not info in "view error-logs"

Hi, it is most likely replated to this post: http://members.dwalker.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1077 You could try doing what is suggested in the post (no support for the change though, so you are on your own), or you will have to wait for the new release at the end of the year. All the best...

Re: Issue with Setting up Job Tables/first job(s)

Glad you mentioned that. Just made a note about removing "TYPE" from the SQL setup/install scripts on the new version. ... my cat re-installing Xampp/ubuntu on virtualbox with phpautomembers 3.64. WOW, if I could get my cat installing stuff like that then it would be really helpful. All ou...

Re: error on line 55 of phpmysqlautobackup_extras.php

Its the PHP version - it needs to be version 5.

Check with your host and ask them to put you on a better server, or move to a host which keeps their systems uptodate!

Cheers

Sourceforge.net or Github?

Sourceforge.net or Github? But where to place your open source apps for development and distribution? I started off by trying Github - sorry if you are a fan, but what a pile of shite, so bloody annoyingly clunky to get a project on there I gave up. I then researched others and eventually registered...

Re: PHP Errors...

I see its, the cron config which is the issue.

Try asking your host.

If you do not get a positive result just use this:
http://www.phpjobscheduler.co.uk/
Its one of my other apps that will fire it for you and keep reports too.

Cheers

Re: PHP Errors...

Hello, thanks for posting the error. Just had a quick look and on line 22 of the file schema_for_export.php is: $link = mysql_connect($db_server,$mysql_username,$mysql_password); It is attempting to connect to your database (MySQL). That is assuming you are using phpMySQLAutoBackup version "1.5...

Hi,

This functionality is already listed for addition during the next update (but that will not be until around December time).

Re: Blank redirect page on backup

Hi,

Seems you have missed to point, it is blank and meant to be blank so you can run it silently.

This enables you to run it using:

a cron job,
or via http://www.phpjobscheduler.co.uk/

hope that helps

Dave
